The Woodlands is considered an under utilized area so you will receive additional benefits from The Texas Moving Image Industry Incentive Program which offers qualifying feature films, television programs, commercials, video games, and stand-alone post production/finishing projects the opportunity to receive a payment for in-state spending or wages paid to Texas residents. In addition, tax free production services and equipment are offered through Texas’ Sales Tax Exemptions and hotel stays may be free of state tax as well.
